The Ocean Breeze UI is for folks who are relaxed and want to enjoy their holidays, the Pink Blush is for all the ladies out there, the Rose UI is once again a classy mishmash of design elements and the High life is for the Business folks....

Design and Display Xiaomi Mi 9 Pro 5G features a 6.39-inch full HD OLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection, a 90.7% screen to body ratio, and an in-screen fingerprint scanner for authentication. It comes in two color options: Dream White and Titanium Black. Hardware At its core, the Mi 9 Pro 5G comes with a 7nm 2.96GHz Snapdragon 855 Plus processor (with Snapdragon X50 5G modem) running under the hood that according to the company offers a 15% increase in graphics performance, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage....

One of the most prominent of these was, well, Xiaomi, which makes it ironical or appropriate (depending on which side of the Android One fence you sit on) that the Chinese company is the one behind the revival of the initiative. The earphones come with a 14.2mm dynamic driver and suggest to offer support for LHDC (Low Latency High Definition) audio codec to provide high-quality audio over Bluetooth....

A latest retail box leak had hinted that the Redmi Note 5A maybe sold as the Redmi Note 5A Plus in some regions. The Plus is apparently a badging to indicate a much larger display than the current 5.5-inch. The rumors further indicate that the device may be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 alongside 4GB of RAM. On the memory front, the new device will offer 64GB of internal memory along with an expandable microSD slot that can accommodate up to 256GB....

Many aren’t aware of the fact that the MIUI was the first product from Xiaomi. The company which is now a commendable face in the consumer electronics business having started off as a software company. Xiaomi reveals that seven years down the line, its MIUI ROM has amassed over 2.8 million downloads from 142 countries. Besides, the MIUI 9 now supports 55 languages. Needless to say, that the MIUI 9 has a number of cosmetic and underlying changes over its predecessor....

The Yeelight Candela screams premium right from the word go. The construction is solid with the base getting quality metal with just the Yeelight branding and a clean look while the top portion is enclosed in glass. The glass enclosure is rotatable which changes the brightness of the lamp. The bottom of the base houses a micro USB port located in a rather awkward position which might get tough at times while trying to plug in the charging cable....

The key reasons for me to buy the new iPhone were – the previous one conked out, faith in the brand, and having the means to acquire a new one. The 7 is a beauty, the photos and video quality once again are great and I love the slo-mo. The Voice Memo sound quality works well for my thoughts and interviews and the Notes app is fantastic for scribbling a few quick ones....

Xiaomi had a 27 percent market share in Q3 2018, which is down to 26 percent in Q3 2019. Samsung’s decline seems even more dramatic, from 23 percent in Q3 2018 to 20 percent in Q3 2019....

Highest ever shipments, big growth The Indian wearables market witnessed 11.8 million units shipped in Q3 2020. This is the highest number of wearables ever shipped in a quarter and also represented a staggering 165.1 percent year on year growth. Earwear comprised 85.2 percent of wearables, wristbands 8.2 percent, and smartwatches 6.6 percent. Chaos reigns as a phone rings in the OT and Court The campaign titled, “Kiska Baja?” (Whose phone rang?) has two ads as of now. The first one titled “Xiaomi Court,” as the name suggests is staged in a court. It starts with the judge penning down something on paper while all the people stare at him silently. Just when he starts announcing his verdict in front of the crowd, a Xiaomi ringtone is heard....

With the NOTCH itself, companies have been trying various shapes and designs – from the bathtub notch on the Pixel 3 XL to waterdrop notch on the OnePlus 6T, we have seen them all. Apple’s support communities and forums like Reddit were flooded with reports from users who claimed that the MacBook Pro has been returning a battery life of only 3-6 hours as opposed to the rated 13 hours. The new Word, Excel and PowerPoint apps will replace the existing Office Mobile app for iPhone users and the apps on iPad are also getting an update to enjoy the same features. Microsoft also announced a “preview” of new Office apps for Android tablets, allowing users to sign up to join the preview at the Google Play store, with general availability being set for early 2015. Although anyone using an Office mobile app can now create and edit across the for free, an Office 365 subscription will still be needed for more advanced editing of Word docs, images and charts....
