Customers in India can visit Newegg.com and purchase a wide selection of products. Initially, this new international store will have a limited selection of products to start, but this will grow and improve in the coming months. Newegg is also adding multilingual customer service in order to reduce any language barriers. Customer can chat in their native language, which is translated instantly for Newegg’s customer service representatives. At the moment, the service offers Polish and Dutch language options only, but more languages will soon be added. As you can see in the above screenshot, when you visit the Newegg homepage, customers in India can select their country and currency from drop-down menus. Also, international customers can select the ‘Newegg Global Eligible’ filter in order to view only those products that ship internationally. When added to the Shopping Cart, these will show estimated tax, duty and shipping charges before the order is completed.
