The Vivo iQOO includes a 6.41-inch 2340 x 1080 AMOLED display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It features a waterdrop notch on the top and a fingerprint scanner. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset, with Adreno 640 GPU, paired with either 6GB or 12GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The in-display fingerprint scanner present on the device can be used for authentication purposes. In terms of other specifications, the iQOO comes with a huge 4000mAh battery, with the high-end (12GB + 256GB) model getting support for 44W fast-charging, whereas, the lower-end (6GB + 128GB) model getting a 22.5W charging support. To overcome the heat produced on the device, the iQOO has been included with super liquid cooling, which cuts down on the heat to provide un-interrupted and unthrottled performance. In addition to this, Vivo has also included a bunch of additional performance improvement features on the phone under its multi-turbo services. These features include AI Turbo – to improve app loading speed, Centre Turbo- to improve the frame rate, Multi -Turbo – to automatically switch between Wi-Fi and cellular and provide a seamless experience, and Game-Turbo – to enhance the gaming performance. In terms of optics, the Vivo iQOO sports a triple camera setup on the rear, aligned vertically, that includes a 12MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide angle sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor. And on the front, a single 12MP shooter for selfies.

Vivo iQOO Pricing and Availability

The Vivo iQOO is priced at 2,998 yuan (~Rs 31000) for the 6GB/128GB variant and 4,298 yuan (~Rs 45000) for the 12GB/256GB variant. It is expected to go on sale in China on March 6, with no official word from Vivo on the global launch.
