If you’re planning to watch the Super Bowl 2015 on your PC or Mac, head to NBC Sports Live Extra and the live stream will be available for free from 12 a.m. Feb. 1 to 3 a.m. Feb. 2, Eastern time. Yes, you don’t need to have a cable subscription to watch this Super Bowl live stream.
How to Watch Super Bowl on iPad/android tablet
If you plan on watching the Super Bowl from your iPad or android tablet, you just need to download the NBC Sports Live Extra apps for iOS, Android, and Windows tablets. And let’s be clear, this will work only on tablets and not on phones.

As mentioned earlier, you don’t get to watch Super Bowl XLIX for free on phones unlike on tablets.
